These Terms cover your use of tandemforgehq.com (the "Site"), operated by Tandem Forge ("Tandem Forge", "we", "us"). Our companies' own websites, including risingtidedigitalco.com, may have additional terms. Contact: use our contact form.

1. Acceptance

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not use the Site if you do not agree.

2. Our companies and services

Tandem Forge is a holding company for Rising Tide Digital (digital marketing services) and Lead Feed (trucking lead data, in development). Paid services are provided only under a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement (an "SOW"). If an SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW controls for that engagement.

3. No guaranteed results

Search rankings, traffic, leads, ad performance and revenue depend on third parties and market conditions we do not control. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, click, lead, conversion or return on ad spend. Any estimate we give is an estimate only.

4. Third-party platforms

Some services run on third-party platforms that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their suspensions, policy changes, algorithm updates or outages.

5. Fees

Fees, billing, refunds and cancellation are set in the SOW for each engagement. No fees apply to using the Site or sending a message.

6. AI-assisted work

Our companies use software and AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review any deliverable before you rely on it. Do not send sensitive personal information through the Site.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Site and its content. You may view it for your own business evaluation. Ownership of client deliverables is set in the SOW.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and are general information only, not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date.
