Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tandem Forge ("we") handles information collected through tandemforgehq.com (the "Site") and our contact form. Rising Tide Digital and Lead Feed are part of Tandem Forge; their sites may post additional notices.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, company, topic and message when you use our contact form.
• Collected to prevent abuse: a one-way hash of your email address and IP address when you submit the contact form (see section 3).
• Collected automatically: pages viewed, referral source, approximate device and browser data, and similar usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 through cookies.

2. How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, to provide and improve the Site and our services, to measure how the Site is used, for security, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Where form messages go

Contact form messages are stored in private cloud storage operated by our hosting provider and are read only by people and systems working for Tandem Forge. Form messages are also forwarded to the form handler of Rising Tide Digital, a Tandem Forge company, and emailed through an email delivery provider (Resend). When you submit a form, we send you an automatic confirmation email. To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way hash (a scrambled code, so we don't store your email or IP address in readable form) of your email address and IP address for about 48 hours, then delete it.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic. See our Cookie Notice for details and how to opt out.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as hosting, analytics and email), with professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires, and with a buyer or successor in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. AI tools

We may use third-party AI services to help run our business. We limit what we put into them to what a task needs.

7. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal or tax requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards. No method of storing or sending data is fully secure.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by sending a request through our contact form (choose "Privacy request"). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We will verify requests and respond within the time the law requires.

10. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
